Wanted: Four Retired Mentors to Earn Equity Interest.

WE DO NOT NEED CASH BUT MENTORS for a 25-year-old profitable agricultural science company in New Jersey transitioning into adult marijuana cultivation.  Earn an equity interest for just being you. We are at the verge of being a major cannabis play but lack the trained manpower to be number one. Our projections require a 6,000 workforce in less than 20 months. From administration to cultivation, processing, and marketing, we need your background. As for learning the ins and outs of marijuana – it’s a weed and can grow under a rock. No special talent is required, but administration, execution, and management of 6,000 people to work in unison is another story. We offer accountable expenses, including moving allowances, living quarters, a personal vehicle, and whatever it would reasonably take to enlist your services.  As for the equity interest – common stock represents 5% of the company for each mentor with registration rights once 1,200 skilled workers are in place.

Our business model is a game changer because of five proprietary technologies in aeroponic cultivation, plant nutrition formulas, hybrid seed profiles, and odor filtration systems that make indoor as profitable as growing outside.   Moreover, our proprietary growing model creates a standing 5,000 square foot space equivalent to 20,000 square feet of growing area. All these novelties can make us the lowest cost producer in the industry providing we have the manpower to execute. With a 6,000 standing workforce operating on 16-hour cycles, 7 days per week, we would be capable of generating sales in the $100 million range per annum with less than 225,000 to 300,000 square feet of growing area. (Results in New Jersey only.) PA, NY, and MASS can follow the same program within 6-months without additional funding.

Cannabis industries in USA and Canada wasted over $3 trillion in the last 10 years and are still on the wrong page.  Our objective is to be Number One. To get there is not the product. Cannabis has been around since 2500 AD and never failed to be a top revenue producer. In cannabis, what you can grow you can sell. Current statistics prove the point: The U.S. legal marijuana market size was estimated at USD 7.06 billion in 2020 and is expected to grow at a compound annual rate of 24.9% by 2025.

The lack of an effective workforce in this sector is why public companies and venture capitalists have had negative cash flows from operations in the last five years. If one cannabis seed cost twenty cents and $1.55 to grow into a useable bud, why are commercial costs above $29.00?

Whoever can solve the riddle takes home billions of dollars and the prize as a sector disruptor.

A dedicated workforce is an answer when using proprietary “out of the box” systems and applications.

We have a 21-page document that demonstrates how it works; explains why our business model is a game changer because of five proprietary technologies in aeroponic cultivation, plant nutrition formulas, hybrid seed profiles, and odor filtration systems that make indoor as profitable as growing outside.   Moreover, our proprietary growing model creates a standing 5,000 square foot space equivalent to 20,000 square feet of growing area. New Jersey is a great state to live in if you're looking for white-picket-fence-living that's still accessible to major cities, a comparatively lower cost of living and an overall more family-friendly quality of life. Another advantage to living in the Garden State is the tax benefits.
